Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions define acceptable use of Korpur eMail, user responsibility, lawful conduct, and limitations for a user-driven email application.
User responsibility
- Korpur eMail is user-driven. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, generated inbox addresses, sent emails, replies, stored content, and forwarding behavior.
- The operator is not responsible for misuse by users, including unlawful messages, privacy violations, spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, malware delivery, harassment, or unauthorized monitoring.
- You must keep credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Lawful use
- Use the app only for lawful email workflows, testing, verification, account communication, development, and other legitimate purposes.
- You must respect other people’s privacy, confidentiality, identity, intellectual property, and communications rights.
- You must comply with Lithuanian law because the service is operated by a Lithuanian company, European Union law where applicable, and the laws of your own country or territory.
- Do not use the service to bypass consent, collect messages unlawfully, intercept communications, impersonate another person or organization, or create legal or operational risk for others.
Prohibited activity
- Do not send spam, phishing, malware, credential-harvesting links, deceptive messages, threats, harassment, illegal content, or abusive automated traffic.
- Do not use the app for fraud, unlawful surveillance, evasion of platform bans, unauthorized account recovery, or attempts to access data that does not belong to you.
- Do not overload, scan, attack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, infrastructure, email servers, DNS, push notification systems, or connected third-party services.
Accounts and administrative control
- Access may be restricted to authorized users and permissions configured by administrators.
- Administrators may suspend, remove, restrict, or audit accounts that misuse the service, create security risk, breach these terms, or violate applicable law.
- Generated inbox addresses may be disabled, removed, recycled, or limited depending on configuration and operational need.
Email content and disposable addresses
- Users are responsible for emails they send, receive, store, delete, or forward through the app.
- Disposable addresses should not be treated as permanent identity, legal notice, banking, healthcare, tax, emergency, or account-recovery mailboxes unless the operator explicitly supports that use.
- Email delivery, notification timing, spam handling, and third-party mailbox behavior may be affected by external IMAP, SMTP, DNS, hosting, browser, and push-notification providers.
Availability and changes
- The app is provided as configured and may be changed, limited, interrupted, or removed for maintenance, security, reliability, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
- No guarantee is made that every email will arrive, every notification will be delivered, or every browser/device will behave identically.
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses caused by app use, email delivery failure, missed notifications, data loss, account misuse, third-party outages, or user conduct.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
